ABOUT ME

My language journey began when I started primary school in Canada. That was the first time I came in touch with another language, aside to my mother tongue. Having experienced language training first hand from native speakers motivated me to enrichen my life with several other languages, such as Swedish and Italian. My linguistic identity is characterized by my bilingualism in German and English and by my Austrian, Lebanese and Hungarian roots. My linguistic background set the basis for my journey to continue. Language means much more than just acquiring knowledge about linguistic patterns and grammatical rules. It gives us insight into various personalities and their life histories. The joy to teach and learn from others supported my pursuit to become a language trainer, who has the academic skills and the linguistic knowledge to both convey the enrichment and the opportunities of a language.
